 6:30 P.M.            Call to order

                                                               

                            The following are seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness:

 

   6:30 P.M.            Continued from 8/17/17:  Matt Born, 39 Fearing Road, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to replace sash in existing windows.

 

 

6:50 P.M.            Continued from 8/17/17:  Lisa and Greg Donoghue, 27 School Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to add a covered porch to the front elevation of the house, construct two additions and add dormers to the existing house.

 

                             

   7:10 P.M.            Mark and Julie Jones, 240 Main Street, located in the Bachelor’s Row/Pear Tree Hill Local Historic District to renovate existing garage/barn into pool house.  Option to demolish existing garage/barn and rebuild will be discussed.               

 

7:30 P.M.            Paul and Esther Healey, 207 Main Street, located in the Bachelor’s Row/Pear Tree Hill Local Historic District, to install a brick walk from the sidewalk to the house.

    

 

   7: 50 P.M.           Bill Ramsey, 55 North Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic                                                     District, for approval of a business sign.

 

 

8:00 P.M.           Greg Murphy and Dan Russell, 6 Station Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District to construct a 3-story, mixed use retail and residential building with parking at the basement level.
