MBTA Disaster Drill - Sunday, April 27, 2008

	The Hingham Police Department stages a mock train accident
	Surrounding towns participated in the training exercise
	Police and Fire units from Hingham, Hull, Cohasset, Scituate,Norwell, Weymouth and Braintree participated as well as emergency units from the American Red Cross, the Transit Police, Plymouth County Sheriff’s office, South Shore Hospital paramedics, AMR and Fallon ambulance services.
	Local residents volunteered their time to particpate as accident victims
	The drill took place at the railroad crossing at Water Street involving a car, bus and MBTA Commuter Rail train
