7:30 AM Site Visit - Proposed Back River Condos and Improved Athletic Fields
Present: Planning Board Members, Susan Murphy, Clerk, Paul Healey, Sarah Corey and Tod McGrath. Also present was Planner Katharine Lacy.
The Board convened at the PAL Fields Parking lot at 7:30 AM. The Board was joined by Thomas Hastings, Applicant, various members of the Advisory Committee, Linda Port, Lou Alvarado, William Reardon, Katharine Reardon, Thomas Burbank, Joseph Bierwirth, Melissa Tully, Selectmen, and Charles Cristello, Town Administrator.
Mr. Hastings led a tour of the entire site proposed for the development of the Back River Condominiums, and the Beal Street Athletic Fields, pointing out existing features, and describing how the new development would be laid out.
The meeting ended at 9:00 AM.
