Department: Public Works NOTICE REGARDING CONSTRUCTION DEMOLITION AND BULKY WASTE COLLECTION The Hingham Transfer Station will be accepting C & D and BULKY WASTE every Thursday and Friday (7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) AND the following Saturdays (7:00 a.m. – Noon).
To dispose of C & D and Bulky Waste on Thursdays and Fridays: Bring your bulky items, license and Transfer Station Permit Number to the DPW office at 25 Bare Cove Park Drive. You will receive a permit to dispose of your bulky items on that day. To dispose of C & D and Bulky Waste on the above listed Saturdays: Come to the DPW office Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Bring your license and registration of vehicle you will be taking to the Transfer Station. You do not need to bring your bulky items. You will receive a permit for the Saturday of your choice. Please note: Only 25 permits will be issued for each date.
