Legal Notices LEGAL NOTICE REVISED NOTICE OF SHADE TREE HEARING Pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 87, section 3 of the Public Shade Tree Act, a hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at the Hingham Dept. of Public Works at 25 Bare Cove Park Drive, Hingham, Massachusetts, to act on a request by a resident of the Town of Hingham residing at 1 Ivy Way to remove (1) 16" DBH Black Locust.
