BOARD OF APPEALS

On MONDAY, JANUARY 28, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held at the HINGHAM TOWN HALL, 210 CENTRAL STREET by the Board of Appeals with reference to the application of
                                                                                HINGHAM BOAT YARD LLC
for reissuance and/or modification of the Variances and Special Permits A1 & A2 dated April 29, 2004 under §IV-A (building height and side and rear setbacks); §III-C, 8 for work in the Flood Plain and Watershed Protection District; §III-A, 4.1(retail store), 4.2 (craft, consumer or commercial service establishments), 4.10 (business or professional offices or agencies) and 4.19 (marine-oriented retail stores and consumer service establishments) of the Zoning By-Law and such other relief as necessary to demolish the remaining existing structure and construct a 8,622 sq. ft. mixed use building and continue marina usage at  26 SUMMER STREET, in the Waterfront Business District.
