On THURSDAY, JANUARY 3, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held at the HINGHAM TOWN HALL, 210 CENTRAL STREET by the Board of Appeals with reference to the application of SO. PLEASANT STREET DEVELOPMENT for a Special Permit A2 under §V-C of the Zoning By-Law and such other relief as necessary for removal of approximately 23,000 cubic yards of excess gravel for the development of 5 residential lots on 6.44 acres of land at 120 SOUTH PLEASANT STREET, in the Residence District C.
