On THURSDAY, MARCH 27, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. a public hearing will be held at the HINGHAM TOWN HALL, 210 CENTRAL STREET by the Board of Appeals with reference to the application of

for a use Variance from §III-A, 1.8.1 of the Zoning By-Law and such other relief as necessary to construct a 4 car garage in the rear yard at 269 North Street, in Residence District A, that will serve the residents at both 269-271 North, both dwellings being two-family dwellings attached by a common wall.
