BOARD OF APPEALS

On THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2007 at 8:30 p.m. a public hearing will be held at the HINGHAM TOWN HALL, 210 CENTRAL STREET by the Board of Appeals with reference to the application of 302-304 WHITING STREET LIMITED PARTNERSHIP for a Comprehensive Permit under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40B for the construction of a 20 unit residential condominium development in eight buildings, including 5 affordable housing units, located on approximately 9 acres of land to be known as Penniman Knoll Condominiums at 302-304 WHITING STREET, in Residence District C.
