On Thursday, February 17, 2005 at 8:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held at the HINGHAM TOWN HALL, 210 CENTRAL STREET by the Board of Appeals with reference to the application of
Damon Farm, LLC
for a Comprehensive Permit under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40B for the construction of a 32 unit residential condominium development, including 8 affordable housing units. Four buildings, containing 8 residences (2 affordable) are planned to be constructed within the Town of Hingham (3 units in the restored 1775 Davis Whiting Tavern) located at 1220-1222 Main Street, in Residence District B. Eleven buildings containing 24 residences (6 affordable) are planned to be constructed within the Town of Norwell at the corner of Route 228 (Main Street) and Route 53 (Washington Street). (Hearing will be opened and immediately continued.)
