Purchased by the Affordable Housing Trust in 2019 with Community Preservation Funds (CPC/Opportunity Funds), this condominium duplex has been extensively renovated. 

Renovations have been completed and include the following: Connection to Town Sewer, new roof, new front porches, new rear decks with privacy screens, new heating boilers and hot water heaters, new appliances, paint and carpets.

Purchased by the Affordable Housing Trust in 2020 with Community Preservation Funds (CPC/Opportunity Funds). 

An invitation for bid has been awarded, and renovations to renovate the exterior and interior of this 3-bedroom home are underway.  Renovations will include a new gas heating system, new roof, new kitchen, new doors, floors and updated bathrooms.

A lottery for this single-family home is projected to be held in the Fall / Winter of 2023**.

This condominium unit is located off of French Street and was purchased by the Trust in 2021 with Community Preservation Funds (CPC/Opportunity Funds).

The unit has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large open area dining/kitchen/ family room, and a two car garage.

An invitation for bid to renovate the interior of the unit has been awarded, and construction is underway.  Renovations will include a new bathroom and loft space on the second floor, new kitchen and appliances, hot water heater and interior paint throughout.

A lottery for this condominium unit is projected to be held in the Fall / Winter of 2023**.

The Trust acquired this parcel in 2014 by vote of the Select Board and Annual Town Meeting.  In 2017, the Trust issued a Request for Proposals; South Shore Humanity submitted a successful response.

In 2021 Habitat for Humanity received a Comprehensive Permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals to construct two single-family homes on the parcel.  

In 2022, building permits were issued for 2 colonial style, 3- bedroom, 1.5 bath homes and construction of the homes commenced in August of 2022.  The homes are set to be occupied in 2023.
