The following are seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness:
6:30 P.M. Continued from 9/14/17: Mark and Julie Jones, 240 Main Street, located in the Bachelor’s Row/Pear Tree Hill Local Historic District to renovate existing garage/barn and repurpose as a pool house.
6:45 P.M. Hingham Historical Society, 34 Main Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic for a 6 ft. high cedar fence installed along the north side of the property.
7:00 P.M. Patrick Brady, 61-71 North Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to remove an existing rear chimney, make modifications to the rear portion of the roof, and realign an existing window.
7:15 P.M. Kyra and Andrew Frank, 49 Middle Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to replace existing 4 ft. high fence with a 6 ft. high board fence, and to change the color of an existing 6 ft. high board fence
7:30 P.M. Konstantine Kyros, 17 Miles Road, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, for an 8 ft. x 9 ft. x 8 ft. (h) shed.
7:45 P.M. Anne Kimball, 2 South Lane, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to demolish an existing rear addition and construct new rear addition.
8:00 P.M. Continued from 9/14/17: Bill Ramsey, 55 North Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, for a business sign.
8:10 P.M. Greg Murphy and Dan Russell, 6 Station Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District to construct a 3-story, mixed use retail and residential building with parking at the basement level.
