The School Committee has set aside fifteen minutes on this agenda to enable members of the audience to raise questions and make comments on any matter of general concern that is not on the agenda. Individual speakers shall be limited to three minutes. Speakers are reminded that the meeting is being televised and are asked to respect the privacy rights of others. 6.3 To receive a bid for the Standby Maintenance and Repair Contract and act as recommended by the Director of Business and Support Services.

6.4 To review materials and next steps related to the DPH mandated SBIRT Program.

6.5 To receive any changes or updates to the proposed FY19 preliminary budget.

6.6 To receive an update on communications with the Energy Action Committee.

6.7 To receive notification of the late night field trip of Grade 7 and 8 HMS Drama students to NYC on May 19, 2018.
