The following are seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness:
6:30 P.M. Continued from 1/11/18: Jason and Christine Roberts, 29 Pleasant Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to demolish existing garage and replace with similar structure large enough to accommodate two cars.

6:50 P.M Continued from 1/11/18: Lee and Caroline Counselman, 63 Lincoln Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to demolish an existing garage and construct new, and for additions/changes to hardscape.

7:10 P.M. Continued from 1/11/18: Michael and Margit Foley, 191 North Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to add dormers to roof of main house, modify existing addition, and construct addition at the rear of the house.

7:35 P.M. John and Erin Spranger, 100 Main Street, located in the Bachelor’s Row/Pear Tree Hill Local Historic District, to demolish existing garage and construct new garage; repaint the house.
