Pursuant to the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law, M.G.L. c 30A, 18-25, notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Town of Hingham 3A Task Force to take place as follows:

Location: Town Hall 210 Central Street, Hingham
(if attending the meeting, please refer to the chalkboard located in the lobby for room location)
1. Call to order 7pm open session attendance
2. Vote to adopt minutes from March 19, 2018
3. Pilot Road Diet - Update from Town Engineer, including information from monitoring equipment, feedback from public safety officials, and project-related communications
4. Safety improvements proposed for the corridor from the Bathing Beach east through the rotary – Town Engineer report from meetings held with abutting commercial property owners.

5. Discuss next steps in meeting MASS DoT timeline and addressing design alternatives, including:
A. Limits of work to the west
B. T intersection at North St., signalizing right turns onto Summer
C. Left turn off Summer Street (heading west) onto Water Street
D. Location of sidewalk on north side from North St to rotary, and flexibility in roadway width and design
E. Location for exit from Super Petroleum gas station, currently into rotary
F. Stacking lane for left turns into Hingham Maritime Center

6. Assign working group as liaisons to review design options A-F

7. Discuss work plan and set upcoming meeting schedule

8. Other Business or matters not reasonably anticipated within 48 hours of the meeting

9. Adjourn
