Pursuant to the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law, M.G.L. c 30A, 18-25, notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Town of Hingham 3A Task Force to take place as follows:

Location: Town Hall 210 Central Street, Hingham
(if attending the meeting, please refer to the chalkboard located in the lobby for room location)
1. Call to order 7pm open session attendance
2. Vote to adopt minutes from August 22, 2018

3. Discuss detailed design plans for the section of Route 3A between intersection of Broad Cove Road and Otis Street to the Summer Street rotary (Hingham Maritime Center).

4. VOTE: To advance detailed design plans for the section of Route 3A between intersection of Broad Cove Road and Otis Street to the Summer Street rotary (Hingham Maritime Center).

5. Discuss date to present to Board of Selectmen design recommendation
6. Design Budget Review – additional funding requirements for design

7. Other Business or matters not reasonably anticipated within 48 hours of the meeting

8. Adjourn
