9. New Business:
a. 840 CMR 7.13 mandates that in the event of a vacancy the Board must hold an election within 120 days from the date of the vacancy. The term for this new board member can either be for the remainder of the term or for a new three-year term and that the Board needs to make that determination before it sends out notice of the election (and includes that information in the election notice).
b. Appoint Antonetta Fopiano as the election office for the Town of Hingham Retirement System.
