                                Request to extend the time for completion of work to December 31, 2020

4 Pond Park - South Shore Industrial Park Trust

Request for Site Plan Review with waivers under §I-G and §I-I in conjunction with Special Permit A3 parking waivers under §V-A of the Zoning By-Law and such other relief as necessary to allow modifications to the parking lot and drainage to support re-tenanting the existing building in the Industrial Park and South Hingham Development Overlay District.

Site Plan Review under §§ I-G and I-I with a request for partial waiver of submittal requirements, and a Special Permit A3 Parking Determination and/or Waivers under §§ III-G and V-A for changes to the parking area and the construction of a covered patio, property zoned Business A/Downtown Overlay District.

Red Tail Lane Definitive Subdivision – Request for Modification
