The following are seeking Certificates of Appropriateness:
7:00 P.M. Continued from 6/13/19: Ken and Joy Foraste, 74 Pleasant Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to demolish existing garage and rebuild to the same dimensions; add a link from the family room to the garage.
7:20 P.M. Deborah and Phil Edmundson, 55 Cottage Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to demolish an existing 1980’s greenhouse and replace with an orangery on the same foundation.
7:40 P.M. Brian Comer, 73 North Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to demolish existing house and garage. Replacement structures to be reviewed at a later date.
8:10 P.M. Jim Magner, 219 Main Street, located in the Pear Tree Hill Local Historic District, to construct a new single family home and detached garage.
8:30 P.M. Jim Magner, 118 South Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, for modifications on side elevations to existing windows and doors, and construction of a small bump-out to the rear of the main portion of the house.
