The following are seeking Certificates of Appropriateness:
6:30 P.M. Kevin and Marie Flaherty, 272 North Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to replace side stairs and landing.
6:50 P.M. Matt Gallagher, 24 North Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to install two store front awnings.
7:00 P.M. Kerry and Louis O’Dea, 566 Main Street, located in the Tower-Wilder Local Historic District, to reconstruct main roof with steeper pitch and gable dormers, add front portico and replace 1985 windows, expand second floor of existing attached garage.
7:20 P.M. Continued from 7/11/19: Jim Magner, 118 South Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, for modifications on side elevations to existing windows and doors, and construction of a small bump-out to the rear of the main portion of the house.
8:10 P.M. Continued from 7/11/19: Jim Magner, 219 Main Street, located in the Pear Tree Hill Local Historic District, to construct a new single family home and detached garage.
8:30 P.M. Father Bill’s and Mainspring, 66 Main Street, located in the Pear Tree Hill Local Historic District, to replace 28 existing windows, and to replace existing vinyl trim with composite material in selected locations.
9:00 P.M. 223 North Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic, to determine appropriate windows for previously approved addition
