1. To sign a contract with Wood Massachusetts, Inc. to provide professional services in support of the Town’s MS4 Stormwater Permit - Year 2.

2. To sign a contract with Pathfinder Tree Services, LLC to perform scheduled and emergency tree work.

3. To authorize the Chair to sign a contract with Weston & Sampson to conduct a comprehensive athletic field and outdoor court study.

4. To submit a preliminary Community Preservation Act project application to restore the Canterbury Street Cemetery.

5. To submit a preliminary Community Preservation Act project application to re-paint the former Tree & Park Barn at 8 Short Street.
