6:30 P.M. Call to order
The following are seeking Certificates of Appropriateness:
6:30 P.M. Kerry and Louis O’Dea, 566 Main Street, located in the Tower-Wilder Local Historic District, to reconstruct main roof with steeper pitch and gable dormers, add front portico and replace 1985 windows, expand second floor of existing attached garage.
6:45 P.M. Jennifer and Michael LaRhette, 30 Spring Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, for a one-story addition at the back of the house. The side of the addition will align with the existing north wing of the house and may be visible from the public way.
7:00 P.M. Eugene Allen, 137 South Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to replace 16 windows.
7:20 P.M. Wendy and Robert Kirk, 361 Main Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to remove existing ell, side porch and garage; to construct two-story additions to the rear and left of the house, a new 2-car garage, and an Accessory Dwelling Unit.
7:50 P.M. James and Lauren Judge, 287 North Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to install fence across the driveway, including a double gate.
8:00 P.M. Matthew Murmes/D.A.D. Construction, 1040 Main Street, located in the Liberty Plain Local Historic District, to construct a two-story addition to the rear of the house, with an attached 2-car garage; and for alterations to the existing house including demolition of existing rear addition and front vestibule, and relocation of front window and side dormers.
8:20 P.M. Jack Conway and Company, 321 Main Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, replace existing wood sign with a new sign using new logo, made from composite material.
8:40 P.M. Doyle Family, 570 Main Street, located in the Tower-Wilder Local Historic District, for modification to previously-approved plan.
8:50 P.M. Gretchen Bates, 64 School Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, for non-compliance with HDC decision
