The following are seeking Certificates of Appropriateness:

6:30 P.M.        Continued from: 10/17/19:  Gretchen Bates, 64 School Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, for non-compliance with HDC decision.

6:45 P.M.        Continued from: 10/17/19:  Wendy and Robert Kirk, 361 Main Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to remove existing ell, side porch and garage; to construct two-story additions to the rear and left of the house, a new 2-car garage, and an Accessory Dwelling Unit.

7:15 P.M.        Jim Magner, 215 Main Street, located in the Pear Tree Hill Local Historic District, to remove the roof over the existing attached garage/office and build a new gable roof.
