The following are seeking Certificates of Appropriateness:

6:30 P.M.        Continued from: 12/12/19:  William and Adrienne Ramsey, 55 North Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to construct an addition to the front of the house.

6:50 P.M.        Continued from: 12/12/19:  John and Hadley Walsh, 196 North Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, for an addition to the side entry of the house, installation of new windows on the side and rear elevations, and to add a cupola.                                             

7:15 P.M.        Continued from: 12/12/19: Brian Comer, 73 North Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to remove two rear additions, construct new additions, and to make changes to the siding, windows and front entrance.
