1. Call to order
2. Approve Minutes of previous meeting January 15th, 2020
3. Discussion - Assuming that Hull Board of Selectmen will re-instate the town’s membership:
a) Review required municipal activities (agenda, minutes, Annual Report, training)
b) Review committee-roles & procedures,
c) Re-validate / re-prioritize the four components of the Committee’s purpose
d) Consider the update or re-definition of roles & procedures for a future vote.
4. Activities for FY2020/2021 (April-September 2020), considering COVID-19
a) Fish Count at Foundry Pond (April 1st-May 30th);
b) Spring Clean-up Day (April 25th);
c) World Fish Migration Day (May 15th-16th, Plymouth 400);
d) Hingham 4th of July parade;
e) National Estuaries Week (September 19th-26th)
5. Brief updates of estuary and activities since last meeting (at Cohasset Senior Center):
a) Status of “End of Richards Road - Conservation Area and Trail” application to Hull Community Preservation Committee (CPC)
6. Next meeting: Date/Time/Location, housekeeping, etc.
7. Adjourn by or before 5:45pm
