AGENDA

1. Call to order. This meeting is being held remotely by telephone as an alternate means of public access pursuant to an Order issued by the Governor of Massachusetts dated March 12, 2020 Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law. You are hereby advised that this meeting and all telephone communications during this meeting may be recorded by the Town of Hingham in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.

1. Receive and review minutes of the Salary & Negotiations Subcommittee Regular Session meetings held on February 27, 2019.
2. Other items as may not be reasonably known 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
3. Adjourn to Executive Session, not to return to Open Session, for the purposes of:
a. receiving and reviewing minutes of the Salary & Negotiations Subcommittee Executive Session meetings held on February 27, 2019;
b. discussing Memorandum of Agreement with HEA Unit A regarding online learning and operating during State of Emergency, the public discussion of which may be detrimental to the Committee’s bargaining position
c. discussing strategy related to collective bargaining negotiations with the HEA Unit A for the 2020-2023 contract, the public discussion of which may be detrimental to the Committee’s bargaining position
d. discussing strategy related to collective bargaining negotiations with the HEA Unit B for the 2020-2023 contract, the public discussion of which may be detrimental to the Committee’s bargaining position
e. discussing strategy related to non-union individual and administrator contracts, the public discussion of which may be detrimental to the Committee’s bargaining position

5. Items not reasonably known within 48 hours of the meeting.
