90 Ward Street Definitive FRD – Request for Planning Board determination that the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Easements, Form of Deeds, and Trust Documents have been finalized to the satisfaction of the Board

95 Otis Street – Bathhouse
Request for Site Plan Review with a finding that the application constitutes a Minor Site Plan and further waiving the submittal requirements and the requirement for a public hearing for the Request of the Trustees of the Bathing Beach for minor changes to the site plan including a change to the hours of the Hingham Farmer’s Market from 10-2 to 9am-1 pm, change the surface treatment of the new parking area and to install granite curb stops instead of timber.
