6:30 P.M. Call to order

6:30 P.M. Continued from 9/17/20: Bill and Molly Sellers, 51 Pleasant Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to construct a 2 story addition to the rear of the house and a farmer’s porch on the front and side elevations; and to install a patio at the rear of the house.

6:50 P.M. Rose B. Woodard, 181 North Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District to build a handicap accessible ramp and adjacent handicap van accessible parking space; and to provide an additional 3 parking spaces near Lincoln Street with retaining wall


7:10 P.M. Ryan Roy, 1007 Main Street, located in the Liberty Plain Local Historic District, for approval of a black “invisible” fence already installed in the locations shown on the site plan submitted. Applicant is also seeking approval to install a gate of the same design as the fence flanked by two granite posts, which will be located at the head of the walkway to the house.

Vote to approve minutes from September meeting.
