6:30 P.M. Call to order

6:30 P.M. Richard and Nora Decembre, 349 Main Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to demolish existing garage and brick patio and replace with new carriage house and connector to porch; great room to be expanded.

6:50 P.M. Andrew and Nancy Faris, 77 Leavitt Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to construct a pool house behind existing garage, and install 6 ft. high safety fence around pool.

7:10 P.M. John Winter, 228 South Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to install a brick walkway and construct a stone wall, both at front of house.

7:30 P.M. Robert and Bridgette Minicus, 8 Pond Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to install wood, simulated divided light windows in the existing house.

7:45 P.M. Jed and Catherine Gilfoy, 234 South Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, for interior renovations that will include exterior windows, and to demolish a portion of the house and replace with new construction.
