6:30 P.M. Call to order
6:30 P.M. Continued from 3/18/21: John and Aimee Glynn, 44 Middle Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, for replacement of windows.
6:40 P.M. Continued from 3/18/21: Tim and Michelle Wagner, 389 Main Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to add ½ story to garage, expand existing office space and add 3rd floor dormer, extend covered porch, install pool fence.
7:00 P.M. Daniel and Astrid Jacobs, 225 South Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to add second story above kitchen and mudroom; construct new porch; relocate bulkhead.
7:20 P.M. George and Nicole Baxter, 347 Main Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to install a man door and overhang on garage; install light fixtures to match existing.
7:45 P.M. Jane Driscoll, 9 Common Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to demolish rear wing on house and replace with 2 story addition; modify 2 windows on east façade.
8:10 p.m. Meghan and Rory Murray, 328 Main Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to demolish existing shed; remove existing pool fence and install a new fence to close off pool.
8:30 P.M. Julie and Daniel Palmer, 279 North Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to install a 6 ft. fence around pool.
