6:30 P.M. Call to order
6:30 P.M. Continued from 8/19/21: Christopher and Natalie Watson, 38 Fearing Road, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to remove the rear portion of the existing house and construct new addition. Restore existing windows.
6:50 P.M. Continued from 8/19/21: Marycatherine and Jim Mamary, 219 Main Street, located in the Pear Tree Hill Local Historic District, for hardscape improvements associated with new construction.
7:20 P.M. Continued from 8/19/21: Louis Lieto, 166 North Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to install Tesla solar tiles on roof of main building (house).
7:45 P.M. Continued from 8/19/21: Chelsea and Nathan Amendola, 16 Middle Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to remove existing additions and replace with a one story and a two story addition; to fill in covered side entry between house and garage. Construct yoga studio addition behind the garage.
