6:30 P.M. Call to order
6:30 P.M. Kristin Dziergowski, 650 Main Street, located in the Glad Tidings Local Historic District, to remove existing porch/sunroom and rebuild as laundry/mudroom, extend second floor bedroom over new laundry room, and add two dormers to the right side of the roof.
6:50 P.M. 135-137 South Street, LLC, 135-137 South Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to relocate existing home to new foundation located twenty feet to the right of existing location, with front left corner twenty feet from the street.
7:20 P.M. Peter Zaccardi, 3 Blaisdell Road, located in the Liberty Plain Local Historic District, to demolish all existing structures, and construct new single family home.
7:50 P.M. Marycatherine and Jim Mamary, 219 Main Street, located in the Pear Tree Hill Local Historic District, for hardscape improvements associated with new construction.
8:10 P.M. Matthew and Kayce Sherry, 608 Main Street, located in the Tower-Wilder Local Historic District, to remove existing door and replace with window.
8:30 P.M. Continued from 10/7/21 Richard and Nora Decembrele, 349 Main Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to replace all existing windows and remove existing metal storm windows.
