HEARINGS:

1.    Leonard and Karin Monfredo for a Special Permit A1, under Section III-C, 4, of the Zoning By-Law, and such other relief as necessary, to construct a boat lift with a permanent cover in the Flood Plain and Watershed Protection District at 14 SEAL COVE ROAD located in Residence District C.

2.    185-193 Lincoln Street, LLC and Six Crow Point Realty, LLC for a Special Permit A2, under Section III-A, 4.9A of the Zoning By-Law, and such other relief as necessary, to allow the existing restaurant, Locales Taco, LLC d/b/a Locales Tacos Tequila, to seasonally “flex” existing interior restaurant seats within a designated outdoor table service area, that includes eight (8) parking spaces, immediately adjacent to the restaurant located at 185 – 193 LINCOLN STREET & 6 CROW POINT LANE in the Business B District.

3.    50 Lyndon Road, LLC for a Variance of Section IV.A – the Schedule of Dimensional Requirements of the Zoning By-Law, and such other relief as necessary to construct a pool within the front and side setback at 50 LYNDON ROAD located in Residence District C.

4.    Cayton 140-150 North Street, LLC for a Special Permit A2, under Section III-A, 4.9A of the Zoning By-Law, and such other relief as necessary, to allow the Square Café restaurant to continue having outdoor seating, permanently, on the sidewalk, located along the front of the restaurant at 150 NORTH STREET, which is located in the Business A District and the Downtown Hingham Overlay District.
