•    Call to order

Open and ongoing matters/discussions 

•    Discussion of matters related to new building-snack stand/community room including ADA accessibility, the process for functions/meetings/scheduling, picnic tables for next year, repair of areas damaged by burst water line, etc. (Note: Snack Stand Concessionaire Greg Acerra, Art Robert of Town Administrator’s Office, DPW Director Randy Sylvester and Hingham Lions Club President Mark Casale have been invited for these discussions). 

•    Update on CPC funded harbor plan 

•    New Business

•    Review/approval of Memorandum of Understanding with Recreation Department for lifeguards for 2022 season

•    Discussion as to account fund balances and possible expenditures during the fiscal year

•    Applications for use of facilities
