  • to discuss the reputation, character, physical condition or mental health, rather than professional competence, of an individual pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(1)
  • to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the Teamsters, Local 25 Union pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a)(3) because discussion an open session may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the Town
