5.    Enter executive session to discuss prior ATB case.

6.    Discussion on possible release of overlay funds.

7.    Discuss new tax relief committee.

8.    Discuss financial hardship exemption criteria.

9.    Other items as may not reasonably be known 48 hours in advance of the meeting.

10.    Set next meeting.
