4.    To consider approval of a Special (One-Day) Wine and Malt Beverages license to Barrel House Z for the Weir River Farm’s Blues at the Red Barn to be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm

5.    To consider approval of a series of Special (One-Day) Wine and Malt Beverages license to Burkes Brewing Company, Inc. for the Weir River Farm Summer Picnics be held on Thursday, August 4, August 11, and August 18, 2022 from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm and on Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

6.    To consider approval of a series of Special (One-Day) Wine and Malt Beverages license to WM Brewing Company, Inc. for Weir River Farm’s Picnics to be held on Thursday, September 8, September 15, and September 22, 2022 with rain dates of September 9, September 16, and September 23, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm

7.    Discussion and potential vote regarding scheduling of 2022 Special Town Meeting and Warrant

8.    Discussion and potential vote regarding opening warrant and insertion of Select Board Warrant Articles for Foster Elementary School, Public Safety Facility and/or Transfer to the Stabilization Fund into the Warrant and to close the Warrant for the 2022 Special Town Meeting 

9.    Discussion and potential vote to include local debt exclusion questions on the ballot for the November 8, 2022 State election regarding Foster Elementary School and the Public Safety Facility

10.    To waive permit application fees for the South Shore Country Club Town Pool, Foster Elementary School, and Public Safety Facility projects
