1.      Call the Meeting to order - 7PM

2.    Review and accept the minutes of the 6/29 meeting.

3.    Discuss mission statement.

4.    Clarify the commission’s responsibilities.

•    At least one Select Board Member will be present

•    Clarification on Hingham’s proclamation days.

•    Pride Month 

•    Maddie’s Day

•    Indigenous Day

5.    Ask each HRC member to provide their top 2 items and/or goals for the HRC.

6.    Tim Miller-Dempsey - list of town organizations.

7.    Ava Lydotes - list of student organizations.

8.    Lt. John Marquardt - Police Mental Health Clinician.

9.    Letter of Concern sent to the HRC

10.    Executive Session to discuss investigation regarding charges of criminal misconduct and/or filing of criminal complaints under M.G.L. c. 30A, 21(a)(5)

11.    Adjournment
