2.    To adjourn to executive session (not to return to open session) for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the Teamsters, Local 25 Union pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a)(3) because discussion in open session may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the Town.
