9.    To enter into Executive Session (not to return to Open Session) for the following purposes:

-    To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the Teamsters, Local 25 Union pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a)(3) because discussion an open session may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the Town

-    Approval of Executive Session minutes of November 15, 2022  pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(7) and § 22(g)”
