HEARING:
1. John and Carrie Crawford for a Variance of Section §IV-A – the Schedule of Dimensional Requirements, of the Zoning By-Law, and such other relief as necessary to construct a one-bay garage within the front setback, proposing 17.9’ where 35’ is required, at 4 PALMERS LANE in Residence District B. Due to the possibility of Annual Town Meeting being continued to a second night, this public hearing will be opened and immediately continued, without any discussion, to the Zoning Board’s next meeting of May 16, 2023.

1. Approval of Minutes for the meetings held on February 28, 2023 and March 23, 2023.
2. Next Meeting scheduled for May 16, 2023.
