1. Call to order.

 

2. Approval of minutes of the Salary & Negotiations regular session meeting of September 21, 2023

 

3. Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, s. 21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares, not to return to Open Session, for the purposes of:

 

  1. Approval of minutes of the Salary & Negotiations executive session meeting of September 21, 2023
  2. Discussing strategy related to collective bargaining negotiations with Hingham Education Association Unit C (Custodians)
  3. 5:30PM: Conduct contract negotiations with HEA Unit C regarding a successor (2023-2026) contract
