The following are seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness:

6:30 P.M.  Call to order

6:30 P.M.  Continued from 10.19.23:  Jillian and Mike Sullivan, 20 Middle Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, for modifications to existing driveway, and an existing deck; and to install pool fencing. 

6:50 P.M.  John and Clare Farrell, 151 Leavitt Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District for a recently completed stone wall along the front of the property, including returns of the wall into the driveway.  Light fixtures and direction of lighting along the wall, light fixtures atop the wall returns, and other fixtures and lighting visible from the public way installed without seeking a Certificate of Appropriate will also be reviewed.

7:15 P.M.  Tim and Jody Nash, 54 Middle Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to install a solar panel array on the roofs of the house and garage.
