This is to update the Town about the pool permit at the South Shore Country Club. As you are likely aware, the permits granted to the SSCC in 2022 for the new pool project were lawfully appealed to the Land Court by some property owners who live near the SSCC. The process has worked its way through the Land Court and the Town is happy to announce that a mutual resolution has been reached. The appeal has now been dismissed and the case is no longer pending in the Land Court.
