Exciting news - Hingham Municipal Lighting Plant has a new "Earth Machine" composter and employees will be composting fruit and vegetable food waste on site. Peter Swanson and Janice McPhillips went to Hingham Municipal Lighting Plant to teach employees about composting and to start HMLP's bin. This is what a Cleaner Greener Hingham looks like.
