We are introducing Wellness Wednesday, a monthly update that will be distributed with the goal of providing resources for residents seeking mental health and wellness-related assistance.
A new Wellness Wednesday newsletter will be published on the first Wednesday of every month. Several town departments will be posting the flyer on their social media channels and printing it out and distributing them in their offices.
While the holidays are often a time for celebrating joy and togetherness, it can also be a time where people deal with stress, anxiety, loneliness, and other issues.
This month’s flyer features local events that touch on topics of meditation, nutrition, and coping with loneliness and loss. These events are free to attend and welcome to all.
