NOTICE OF SHADE TREE HEARING
Pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 87, section 3 of the Public Shade Tree Act, a hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 10th, 2023 at the Hingham Dept. of Public Works at 25 Bare Cove Park Drive, Hingham, Massachusetts, to act on a request by a resident of the Town of Hingham residing at 13 Independence Lane to remove (1) 30” Red Oak Tree, (1) 34” White Pine Tree, and (1) 32” White Pine Tree.
