NOTICE OF SHADE TREE HEARING
Pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 87, section 3 of the Public Shade Tree Act, a hearing will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 9th 2023 at the Hingham Dept. of Public Works at 25 Bare Cove Park Drive, Hingham, Massachusetts, to act on a request by a resident of the Town of Hingham residing at 166 Downer Ave. to remove (1) 18” Twin Norway Maple, (1) 6” Cherry Tree, (1) 6” Sweet Birch. (1) 14” Norway Maple, (1) 16” Cherry Tree.
