The Weir River Water System would like to notify residents of the following work occurring overnights this week to tie in the new water mains installed in the Crow Point area. Work will start at 8:00 PM, and be completed by 6:00 AM. Interruptions in service will begin at 10 PM. Please note the following schedule:
Monday, October 23, KR Rezendes will be excavating test pits on Lincoln St, Thaxter St, and a few other locations in the project area. We do not anticipate any disruptions in water service, but residents could experience discolored water in the area.
Tuesday October 24, on Lincoln Street between Thaxter Street and Fottler Road.
Wednesday October 25, on Thaxter Street between Lincoln Street and Hilltop Road, including Park View Drive, Harbor View Drive, Bradley Park Drive, Summitt Drive and Hilltop Road.
Thursday October 26, on Thaxter Street in the intersection of Lincoln Street and Downer Avenue.
Residents should expect discolored water and fluctuations in pressure during this work. We appreciate your understanding while we continue to improve your Weir River Water System.
