Friendly reminder: The deadline to file a real estate or personal property abatement application for Fiscal Year 2026 is Monday, February 2, 2026.
With possible winter weather in the forecast, we encourage you to plan ahead and avoid waiting until the last minute. Please note that, by law, the Board of Assessors cannot accept applications received after the close of business hours on the due date.
Applications may be placed in the drop box in front of Town Hall or mailed with a postmark of February 2nd. Please be aware that recent changes at the Post Office may affect postmarking, so mailing earlier is strongly recommended.
